Complimentary PPE Still Available for Pick-up

The leadership of ACDS has procured a limited supply of PPE items from Alameda County including masks, face shields, gowns and gloves. Hand sanitizer is very limited and will be provided on a first come basis.

ACDS has made arrangements to offer one more day of distribution specifically for those dentists who did not pick-up a supply kit last week. Supply kits are available to ACDS members and non-member dentists practicing in the Alameda, Emeryville, Piedmont and Oakland areas.

The distribution day will be Tuesday, June 23 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm only.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICKING-UP PPE SUPPLY KITS

Location - 2341 W. Avenue 133rd, San Leandro - important note, this is a residential area and distribution will managed with a "curb-side" pick-up process, you do not need to leave your vehicle. As you come down the street, look for the orange cones marking the curb-side area. Volunteers will greet you and put the kits in your car.

Required Documents - we will have a check-list of all dentists in the ACDS jurisdiction. If someone other than the dentist is picking-up the supply kit, you must have a written letter on practice letterhead indicating you are representing the dentist. Dentists must have their license number available.

Qualification & Supply - there will be one supply kit available to each ACDS member dentist and non-member dentist in the ACDS jurisdiction. Dentists from other components will not be provided with a kit - please contact your component staff.

No appointment or registration necessary.

Questions - please email acds@alamedacds.org with any questions.
