Shredding & Disposal Service (No-Cost to ACDS Members!)
As a Alameda County Dental Society member benefit, you can drop-off your sensitive documents and paper files free of charge.

Allowable items:

• 10 box shredding limit per ACDS member
• Documents must be in standard banker boxes(10"H x 12"W x 15"D)
• **Staples & Paperclips do not need to be removed

Optional Disposal Services (At-Cost)
You may also bring media, or x-rays for disposal. Payment for service is required and can be paid to ShredLogix onsite on Friday, September 23.

Additional Disposal & Fees: $30 per box

• Hard drives (including magnetic, rotational, and solidstate drives)
• Backup tapes
• USB ("thumb" or "jump") drives
• CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays
• Microfilm and Microfiche
• X-rays
• Credit and debit cards

**NO DENTAL MOLDS/E-WASTE WILL BE ACCEPTED
